Lionfish

Yesterday it was a good day and very, very nice to dive. The visibility is perfect at the moment, the water is glassclear and the waves are so little that you not feel them at all. A bit of a current makes the dive to a 'fly'. On Hin Raap i mentioned this spot before allready ( a bit a rocky divesite on the west and a lot of softcorals in the north), anyway short before we ascended we met this lionfish ( i did met him before on this divesite, but ...) and he/she was not shy at all, it came straight to us and close that if it would not be a poison fish i could tough.. even never tough anything anyway, he was following us up to 3 m and went than to the next group who began the ascent. ... So danger and so beautiful - the lionfish

to much snow

there is to much snow in europe..??
Many airlines had to cancel there flights because of to much snow on the airport.. and here yes we feel that too, of course it is not cold here and sure it is no snow ..
no no the weather is good and sunny and it is hot like usual
- so what i mean than -
the way how we feel that here is that there are less tourists, how can they come when there are no planes .. so the tourists who was lucky to catch a plane can enjoy peacefull beaches and lower prices in the hotels.. and just to make it a bit harder for those who are unlucky and have to stay back home, a few pic's from here

Diving on Hin Raap

Today it was a nice dive on the rocky divesite Hin Raap, the sail is around 50 minutes to this spot. So time enough to assemble the dive gear and take a cup of coffee to enjoy the view of Koh Chang.
Hin Raap by it self is the spot where Turtles can be seen frequently. Same as today ..
